My Little Bagger Boy

Have you ever seen anyone get so excited about groceries? He definitely had an audience, and the cashier told us that he had just made her entire day.  I love my little helper.

Not even one whole minute alone. I walked from the bathroom where The Boss was helping me put the toilet paper away, to the kitchen to answer the phone, and walked straight back to the bathroom.

Aiden was a little distracted by the upcoming show, and his latest obsession on TV (The Fresh Beat Band), but we did the best we could to show off a little.  It's actually a miracle that I got as much as I did on tape. He is usually much more interested in being the film"er" and not the film"ee".



And of course Miss Harper K wanted some camera time as well before her nap. I was hoping to get her to flash her gummy smile. But I guess she saves those for right when she gets up in the morning. Such a gift.

Smiley Girl

Her double chin just kills me (in a good way). She weighs exactly 11 pounds now, and this is what a normal day looks like for her. Aiden smiled, but never as much as this little angel.

Here's a video clip of the little chubby bubby. She is currently weighing in at exactly 9 pounds. Last night she slept for 11 hours straight. Oh and I think I got my first smile today, not just a gas bubble.

This was the first time any of us had been to the Sacramento Zoo. Aiden had so much fun! He spent the entire day running around like you see in the video below. Wait, I take that back, he took the time to steal from the gift shop. I didn't realize the little stinker had done it till we had left!

Busy Beaver

Sorry about the novice video skills. You would think I would have this down by now. I am not sure how to turn this. I figured I would still post it though, sorry if it gives you motion sickness. As you can see Aiden is all over the place. We are in the process of learning not to touch the Christmas tree ("no touchy") and the fireplace ("hot"). I didn't know I said these things until I heard myself on video. I will go home and work on more complete sentences.

Now this, is funny.

Funny Mommy

I almost choked my kid to death making him laugh while he was eating. I kid....he was fine, but I obviously should have waited until he was done eating. Oh, and that is a plastic drumstick. He eats solids, but we aren't quite there yet.

Ask Aiden

He likes to climb things, he likes to bang on things, and he likes to throw things.

I had blocked him in the living room on Saturday while we were installing the TV and speakers. He was apparently concerned that no one was paying attention to him. He started by yelling at us over the baby fence. No success. He then grabbed his wooden balls, proceeded to climb on his chair, and then started banging on the wall. Once he got mine, and everyone else's attention, he decided he was done. Mission accomplished.
